If u observe the skill "Balanced Stance" u'll notice that it mentions critical hits... Yeeeah so how do i know i scored one? I'm a warrior so critical hits shd be pretty important i spose.

Balanced Stance defend against Critical Hits, which do significantly more damage than regular hits.

is it doubled or does armour pen.??

As far as I understand it, normally, if you would hit for 15-30dmg, a critical hit simply means you will hit for the max dmg you can deal (30)
